Researcher Ian Beer shares a scary iPhone exploit that took advantage of Apple’s Airdrop feature and required no interaction from the device owner. The vulnerability was fixed by Apple before the launch of its COVID-19 contact tracing interface was released in iOS 13.5 in May.
